How can I stop the Basic translations from translating the currency code?

The Basic Translations feature in our Translate my Store app can sometimes translate the currency code when you might not want it to. For example, you might have an item that costs "19.99 CAD", which gets translated to "19.99 加元" as shown below on my test store:

                                     

Preventing this problem from occurring is very simple. Navigate to your Shopify Admin >> Settings >> Store Details, and select "Change formatting" as shown here:

Then, in the section "HTML with Currency" add "<span class=”notranslate money”>" at the beginning, and "</span>" at the end, like this:

And that's it! The basic translations will now ignore the currency code when translating your store.
