How to use Keyword Search to find text to translate •
If you want to quickly find information about a specific word without browsing through all categories, you can try using the Keyword Search tool. It helps you find what you're looking for easily and quickly.
Accessing The Keyword Search
From the dashboard, go to the "Manual Translation" page either by licking the button here:
Or by selecting the button in the left-hand menu:
Then, click "Find by keywords search".
Keywords Search
On this panel, you are able to see the following:
1. Select a target language - Here, you need to select the language for the translated field.
2. Select a translation status - You'll need to choose if the word you're looking for is untranslated, outdated, or all.
3. Input the keywords of the original text - Enter the word you're looking for here; it's case-insensitive.
After clicking 'Find text to translate,' you'll see all instances of the word, shown based on translation status and target language used.
Example
I searched the keywords "Angel 48" for Japanese, and a translation status of ALL.
It displayed three fields containing the word, specifying the category, subcategory, and the current Japanese translation in the store. Two results were from Product Category, and one from the Shop category.
You can manually edit or remove the translation here.
