Why is the currency conversion not being applied to my store?

There are a few common problems that can prevent our app "Hextom: Translate and Currency" from converting the prices of your products for you. Here is what they are, and how you can fix them.




1. The Setup steps have not been completed.


At the top of the Regions/Currencies page in our app, you can find the five short setup steps that must be complete for the currency conversion to work. You can press the "Check your setting" button to confirm that these steps have been completed correctly. 




2. The App's Theme extension is not enabled


In order for the currency conversion feature to function, our app's theme extension needs to be enabled in your theme settings, as shown below on my test store.



3. Your theme is removing our app's HTML


Some themes have started removing HTML from the price display. This means the HTML you added during the setup, which our apps needs for this feature to function, is removed. You can solve this by removing the "| strip_html" from your theme's price display, as shown below
