Purchasing one-time AI Credits

Aside from the plans that we offer, you can also make a one-time purchase of AI credits for AI translation. Any unused credits of the one-time purchase will be carried over to the next month automatically.

How to upgrade or downgrade the plan?

To upgrade your plan, simply go to the "Plans and Pricing" page and then click the button "Get Started" on the plan that you prefer.

To downgrade your plan, simply choose a lower-tier plan than your current one. Please note that when you downgrade, you will immediately lose access to any features exclusive to higher-tier plans and the number of monthly words for AI translation will immediately be reduced as well. For example, if you are using the Auto Redirection for currency and language on a paid plan and downgrade to the free plan, this feature will stop working on your store, as it is not included in the free plan.

Note

  • Upgrading or downgrading your plan takes effect immediately.
  • Word Credits are reset every 1st of the month.

How to cancel the subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by going to the "Plans and Pricing" page and downgrading to the free plan, or by uninstalling the app. This will cancel your subscription to our app.
