Purchasing One-Time AI Credits

In addition to our subscription plans, you can make a one-time purchase of AI credits for AI translation.

To access this option, simply go to the Settings page in the app and then click on Credits.

Any unused credits from your one-time purchase will automatically carry over to the next month.


How to upgrade or downgrade the plan?

To upgrade your plan, simply go to the Plans and Pricing page and then click the Get Started button on the plan that you prefer.


To downgrade your plan, select a lower-tier plan than your current one. Please note that downgrading will immediately remove access to features exclusive to higher-tier plans. For example, if you are using Auto Redirection for currency and language on a paid plan and downgrade to the free plan, this feature will stop working as it is not included in the free plan. The number of monthly words for AI translation will also be reduced accordingly.

Note:

  • Upgrading or downgrading your plan takes effect immediately.
  • Word Credits are reset every 1st of the month.

How to cancel the subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by either downgrading to the free plan on the Plans and Pricing page or by uninstalling the app. Either action will cancel your subscription to our app.
