Why is my Collection filter not translated?
The Shopify Search & Discovery app has a limitation that makes it incompatible with translation from our app. This is because the Shopify App relies on Product Tags and other text elements which are not included in the Shopify Native Translations feature. To identify if a website's filter is from the Shopify search filter app, either check your list of installed apps, or you can Inspect the page source by using "View source" from the right-click menu. Look for specific keywords within the filter, like "CollectionSidebar-3-filter-filterName" where "filterName" is the name of a collection filter on the page. If this keyword is present, it likely indicates use of the Shopify app. If not, a third-party app may be in use. This approach is usually accurate, but rare exceptions exist. Remember to select a deeply embedded keyword in the filter for the best results.
