Managing Your Email Notification Preferences

You can now customize how you receive email notifications from the Hextom: AI Translate & Currency app.

Choose to Enable all notifications or select specific types based on your needs:

  • General notification - Receive notifications when your credit limit is reached and for other updates.
  • Translation scan complete notification - Receive notifications when translation scan tasks are finished.
  • Translation task complete notification - Receive notifications when tasks such as AI/Autopilot, import, export, migration, removal, glossary update, or glossary removal are completed.

To get started...

  1. Simply navigate to Settings.


  2. Under the General section, locate the Notification settings.

    By default, all notification types are enabled, and emails are sent to your store's default email address. You can:

    • Select/deselect specific notification types.

    • Change the recipient email address if needed.


  3. Once you're done, click Save to apply your changes.


Notification preferences will now apply to your store, ensuring that you only receive the updates that matter most to your workflow.
