How to use AI translation? •
Our AI translation technology is Open AI's ChatGPT 4 by default. If there are any errors or issues with this translation, we use Anthropic's Claude 3 and Google's AI powered Cloud translations as fallback options.

Go to the "AI & Auto Translation" page and use the dropdown to select the language you want to translate into.
- Click the "Load text to translate" button to display a list of all the categories.

- Optionally, you can take a shortcut by clicking the "Translate Now" button to start an AI translation task that will translate all of the "untranslated" text in the category.
- Click the "Scan" button to fetch any new or updated text on your store and prepare it for translation.
Click the "Configure" button to customize the AI translation settings, and set up filters to cover the text you want to translate. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Start AI Translation" button. An AI translation task will be created and processed automatically, and the translated text will be published.
